MAC ATHLETICS LLC RETURN,
REFUND
AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Below you will find the Mac Athletics LLC Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies, which may differ depending on the type of product you purchase. Please take time to immediately and carefully inspect all shipments to ensure that sizes, colors, and styles received are correct, and that there are no obvious manufacturer's defects. ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Aside from the exceptions listed below, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date as provided to us by the shipping provider. Exchanges for defective products are accepted within 30 days of delivery and may be voided if it is determined that installation of certain items was not performed by a professional installer.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
Returns for items purchased in prepackaged quantities will only be accepted if the full quantity is returned (i.e. 6 pack, 12 pack, 50 pack, etc.). In addition, returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following: custom items (including those that have been printed, numbered, braided, embroidered, engraved or altered), items that are not in the condition in which they were delivered (including items with tags removed, missing components, or items that have been washed, worn, stained, soiled, operated or removed from original factory packaging), items delivered by a freight company, benches, lockers, opened nets, electric winches, safety straps, bleacher boards, bleacher motors and transmissions, replacement playground parts, close-out items, electronic scoreboard components and controllers, floor and field custom covers and accessories. No refund, exchange, credit or replacement will be made on orders 30 days after customer’s receipt of order (excluding defective items) or if the items are returned without an RA#. If the customer declines to receive a shipment, it will be considered refused. Refused orders incur a 50% restocking fee, in addition to all shipping expenses.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at 1-419-501-2662, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST), to obtain shipping instructions, a return authorization (RA) number and information on any applicable restocking fees. The RA# must appear on all packages being returned. Items not received by Mac Athletics LLC, without an RA#, or with return shipping billed to Mac Athletics LLC, will not receive credit.
Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be issued via check or a credit to the original method of payment. Checks issued by Mac Athletics LLC which are not cashed within 90 days of issue are null and void and will not be re-issued.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Defective items, bleachers, basketball equipment, volleyball equipment, scoreboards, benches, or lockers that have been damaged during shipping must be reported to Mac Athletics LLC within 48 hours of receipt. Any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt along with the signature of the delivery driver and the date. The customer may be required to provide the signed delivery receipt, and/or proof of damage via digital or film image. Proof of damage, report within 48 hours, and RA # are required for damaged/defective items, as well as a copy of the return shipping receipt if requesting shipping reimbursement. Claims that do not follow this process will not receive credit. Items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded the equivalent cash amount of damage, at the sole discretion of Mac Athletics LLC.
RETURN SHIPPING
Returns are at the expense of the customer and must be shipped prepaid via UPS or insured parcel post, unless Mac Athletics LLC has deemed a purchase defective or damaged during shipping. Defective/damaged items as described above may be eligible for reimbursement of return ground shipping, provided a copy of the return ground shipping receipt, along with the RA#, is inside the package.
